Watch to find out more about Oh Hello Dog Daycare & Boarding!

Hello!

We are a dog daycare and boarding facility in downtown Los Angeles with 24/7 supervision whose first priority is to keep your dog safe, healthy, and happy while they are with us. Close behind this first priority is our commitment to being a place that makes your life easier and happier. Our program is geared toward families who are interested in consistent daycare for their dogs. Consistent daycare is defined as a minimum of 2-3 daycare visits per month. We are dog people and we treat each dog like they are our own children. In our eyes, each pup is a mix of baby, hero, epitome of everything good in life, and gold medalist in everything ever. Keeping solid dog behavior principles in mind as we manage them and facilitate their day with us, we definitely still treat them as extensions of our family.

SERVICES

Our 7,500 sq ft air conditioned facility offers Group Play Daycare for your dog. Play areas are split between small and large dogs, and are supervised by Oh Hello Dog attendants to facilitate healthy social interactions. Each dog goes through a thorough temperament test to check if a group play environment is the right fit. Our goal is to offer your pup a safe environment monitored by dog behavior specialists for an optimum mix of healthy social play, boundaries, and interacting with our staff. Pups will spend their days playing with friends, participating in enrichment activities parents can add to their stays, and nap times while we do a deep clean of their play areas once a day. More rest time is available for pups whose parents would like for there to be additional structure to their days. It’s wonderful when dogs are happy and tired at the end of their days here, but dogs should not be overtired. The daycare program at Oh Hello Dog is for families who are interested in having their dog attend daycare consistently. Consistent daycare is defined as at least 2-3 daycare visits per month. We have found that dogs do best when they’re familiar with our program and are also surrounded by dogs who are equally familiar with the program.

For Group Play Daycare, we ask that pups be at least five months old, fixed, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, Canine Influenza, DHPP, and Rabies. For pups who haven’t visited our facility in over six months, we will conduct another evaluation for them to make sure our facility is still a good fit for them.

For Private Suite daycare, we ask that pups be at least five months old, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, Canine Influenza, DHPP, and Rabies. Pups do not need to be fixed.

**Due to the logistics of requiring evaluations before a dog visits (and recommending that pups visit/practice a few times to before doing their  sleepover), we are only accepting dogs local to us at this time.**

  • Group Play Daycare: $44/full day, $33/half day (5 hrs or less)
  • Group Play Daycare Packages: 10 visits – $390.   25 visits – $900. The 10 visit package expires three months from first use date and the 25 visit package expires six months from first use date.
  • Family Discount: Each dog sibling gets 10% off
  • Private Suite Daycare: $62/full day

88Our 7,500 sq ft facility offers Group Play Boarding on top of daycare! Currently, our boarding program is only open to dogs who do consistent daycare with us. Consistent daycare is defined as a minimum of 2-3 daycare visits a month. Dogs who stay with us will be having a slumber party every night! An Oh Hello Dog attendant will be with dogs 24/7 and will sleep with the pups to make sure everyone is having a great (and safe!) time. Pups will spend their days playing with friends, participating in enrichment activities parents can add to their stays, and nap times while we do a deep clean of their play areas once a day.  Dogs who board with us for more than two nights will also get an extra nap time in the middle of the day. Our goal is for dogs to get solid rest, engage in quality playtime, not get cranky/anxious from being too tired, and keep their immune systems strong and healthy! It’s wonderful when dogs are happy and tired at the end of their days here, but dogs should not be overtired.

For Group Play Boarding, we ask that pups be at least five months old, fixed, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, Canine Influenza, DHPP, and Rabies. To begin boarding, pups will need to have attended daycare at least 2-3x the month prior to their first sleepover with us.

For Private Suite boarding, we ask that pups be at least five months old, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, Canine Influenza, DHPP, and Rabies. Pups do not need to be fixed.

**Due to the logistics of requiring evaluations before a dog visits (and recommending that pups visit/practice a few times to before doing their  sleepover), we are only accepting dogs local to us at this time.**

I took my shy dog to OHD in 2022 bc they were known to be good with timid dogs. However, he didn't pass the initial test because "he didn't sit," which I found perplexing. He does know the command, but it's understandable he wouldn’t obey a… read more
